Evolution, by Sokal Blosser. A leading winery out of Oregon. Evolution is a blend of nine different grapes and the outcome is superb.It is a clean tasting, refreshing, easy drinking wine that goes down so easy by itself but also compliments your favourite patio food.
If you can’t find Evolution; try the Camus Conundrum. It is similar, but a bit more expensive.
